Accessible Programs and Services
The Société Santé en français designed the Healthbound 18-23 program, which has five targeted goals:- Accessible programs and services
- Mobilized human resources
- Language accessibility standards
- Integration of the linguistic variable
- Engaged and equipped communities
Accessible, adapted and actively offered French-language health services and programs in Canada.
The SSF and the networks support the creation and adaptation of sites and models for the delivery of French-language health services in provinces and territories. They promote the acquisition of knowledge and competencies by partners so as to truly transform the system to respond to the needs of Francophone and Acadian minority communities.
